Houji pays partners a share of what the firms they refer pay us. These are the terms.

1. Referrals. You receive a personal link and a referral code. A firm is credited to you when it signs up through your link, types your code on our sign-up form, arrives from a website you've registered with us, or uses a discount code we've assigned to you. A visit through your link is remembered for 60 days. A firm is credited once, to one partner, at the time it signs up; firms already subscribed to Houji cannot be credited later, and your own firm does not count.

2. Commission. We pay you 10% of each payment a credited firm makes to Houji, calculated after any discount the firm receives and before payment-processing fees, for as long as the firm remains a paying customer. Free trials and months with no payment earn nothing. If we refund a payment, the commission on it is reversed. We may change the rate on 30 days' notice. A change applies only to firms credited to you after it takes effect; a firm already credited to you keeps the rate in effect when it signed up, for as long as it remains a customer.

3. Reporting and payment. Your partner page shows the firms credited to you by sign-up date, their status, what they have paid, what you have earned, and what has been paid to you. It does not show their names. We pay by PayPal, to the business PayPal account you name on your partner page, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, once the amount owed reaches $25. Because payment is made through PayPal, PayPal handles any tax reporting on it; you are responsible for your own taxes.

4. How you promote Houji. How you promote Houji is up to you. Describe it accurately, using our own descriptions of what it does, and do not promise features or results we do not state. If you publish content about Houji, disclose that you may earn a commission, as the FTC requires. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your marketing, and you agree to cover Houji for any claim that arises from how you promote it.

Your partner page gives you three ready-to-send emails about Houji, written to be sent as they are. Two parts are yours: the endorsement at the top and your postal address at the foot, both set on your partner page. Use the standard endorsement only if it is true of you, or write your own. The rest is ours to keep accurate, so send it as written; if you do change it, the rules above apply to what you change, and the line saying you are a Houji partner and receive a referral fee stays in. We update the emails when our prices or features change, so send the version on your page rather than a copy you saved earlier.

You are the sender of anything you send, under your own name and not ours. Send only to people you may lawfully email, honor requests to stop, and include your postal address where the law requires one; the emails have a place for it. We do not see your list and we do not send on your behalf. You may use Houji's name and our materials to promote Houji while you are a partner, and you stop using them when the partnership ends.

5. Ending the program. Either of us may end this agreement on written notice. Commissions on firms you referred continue to be paid for as long as those firms keep paying, unless we end the agreement because you broke these terms, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.

6. General. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Houji, and may not make commitments on our behalf. These terms may be updated on 30 days' notice. Questions: partnerprogram@houji.ai.
