How long does setup take? +
Most businesses are set up in 15 minutes. You'll have a short conversation with Houji's onboarding assistant, who asks about your practice, pricing, and preferences — then generates your AI receptionist's configuration automatically.
What if Elise gets something wrong? +
You can update her knowledge at any time from your dashboard — just type what you want to change. Every update is saved as a version, so you can always roll back. Houji also identifies gaps automatically from your call log each week.
What languages does Houji support? +
Currently English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish on the Pro plan. Houji detects the caller's language automatically and switches mid-conversation — no trigger phrase needed. Additional languages are on the roadmap.
Is this only for law firms? +
Not at all. Houji is built for any professional services business that handles inbound calls — medical practices, financial advisors, real estate agents, consultants, and more. Legal is our current focus, but the platform is designed to expand.
