Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

By using Houji ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Houji provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers calls on behalf of your business. You are responsible for ensuring the Service is used lawfully and that callers are treated appropriately.

Enterprise plans include unlimited monthly minutes subject to fair use. Sustained usage above 10,000 minutes per month may require a custom plan; we will contact you before any change to your service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it current.

3. SMS Notifications

By enabling SMS notifications and providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Houji regarding call activity and messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or through your dashboard settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Houji to violate any law, deceive callers, record calls without required consent, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, per the term you select at signup. Solo and Pro trials are 7 days. Enterprise plans have no trial. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Houji is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed calls, failed notifications, transcription errors, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
